More irritating is "Break" and "Brake" when referring to a piece of automotive equipment. That drives me up the wall.

Are you sure it's not driving you to the...
Braking Point? :D

All of the above are cringe-inducing, if you ask me... :/
But hey, it seems the Internet listened when people started talking about they're/their/there, so maybe there's hope for these words, to.
(hehe)

Also, the number of people writing "your" when they should have used "you're" is alarming. Basic english, people.

current usage peeves:
1) people who use the word "utilize" instead of "use" - If you're operating an item according to its designer's intention, you are USING the item. For instance, you'd USE a fork to eat something. If you're going all field expedient, you're utilizing. For instance you might utilize a dime to turn a screw. A dime isn't meant to be a screwdriver, but you've found additional utility in the dime.
2) egregious misuse of the word "myself" - It's just awful. It started in emails from HR departments, now it's goddamn everywhere. It's usually in a construction like "If you have any questions about the new expense reports, ask Jim or myself." THis is just ass wrong. The only person who can ask yourself is you. That's how reflexive pronouns work.
There are others but I'm tired of typing.
